To awaken, inspire, motivate and develop the multidimensional young minds of the under represented and under-served students through culturally informed educational activities which cultivate individual abilities and build confidence in social and artistic expression.

• To provide an educational outreach program which promotes academic excellence through tutoring, mentoring and peer counseling.
• To encourage creativity through music, theater. drama, oratory, dance and other mediums of artistic expression.
• To train the musical talent and build the self-esteem of African American male children through voice training activities and choir recitals.
• To acquaint children and adults with the creative, cultural, scientific, medical, educational and social contributions of African and African American people.
• To provide the greater community with insight into and appreciation of both the rich heritage and contemporary achievements of African and African American people.
